This software, if used as specified herein, will improve the efficiency of your business by automating repetitive tasks, keeping your employees coordinated with each other at all times, delegating responsibility, and holding employees accountable. It is designed so that each crew can handle all of the operations of their job based on parameters that you as the owner set. That way you can focus on creating more crews, starting other businesses, and spending time with your family.
We understand that you are making a financial commitment, and we appreciate you stepping up to the plate to work with us long term. For that reason, we want to meet you halfway so to speak by offering a discount to help you out as well. Please see our pricing and subscription plans for details.
Our pricing is based on the number of active users associated with your account. As you hire and let employees go over a subscription pay period, our fees proportionally change to account for that fluctuation in the number of users.
Each of your employees would have their own account that they use to clock in and out of specific jobs, view job details, view their hours, etc. You, as the owner or manager, can control the jobs they can view and clockinto by who you assign to the job. This system is truly amazing!
Streamline allows you to assign permissions to each employee in your company so that you can very specifically control what they can view or edit.
Most other companies design their software to be usable for a wide variety of industries so that they can optimize their number of subscribers. In doing that, the software is never made to be ideal for one particular industry, so nobody really ever gets exactly what they need. At Streamline, we focus on perfecting the software for each industry individually. For example, if you own a painting company. you get access to software that has been optimized by experts in the field (including one of the owners of Streamline who was a professional painter) specifically for running and growing a painting company. No additional bells and whistles that get in the way and cause inefficiency within your business… Everything is Streamlined hence the name! Likewise, if you own a plumbing, flooring, roofing, or other type of company, we create separate systems for each of those industries because that is what you as the owner need for peak business performance!
Yes, I think that you will find that our software is infinitely customizable so it can be perfectly adapted to your specific needs regardless of your industry. To be more clear, the subscriptions that we offer as-is are customized for each industry separately, but since our software is so customizable it is easy to “reshape” it to fit your specific needs. For example, if you are an electrician, but you also do concrete work, this system would still be perfect for you but it will require a little more setup on your part. We offer additional customizations for a fee, and we also provide video demonstrations for all of our features so that you have everything that you need to do it yourself if you prefer.
Streamline is amazing… Remember that I mentioned above that each of your employees would have access to this system and that you can grant each of them certain permissions? Well, as long as you grant your employees, or some of your employees, access to upload leads or schedule estimates, anytime that your employees run into someone that might be interested in your services they can schedule it from their phone right on the spot! Now tell me that’s not going to bring you clients…
Streamline allows you to keep track of all of your leads and cold estimates, as well as stay organized regarding who last reached out to them and when. If a customer goes cold for 6 months and then calls you up ready to go, all of their information is right there for you to move forward and close the deal. Make it happen!
Features FAQ
From your account in Streamline, simply create an employee user account by providing their name, email, phone number, hourly wage, and job position. An email will automatically be sent to the employee providing them with login credentials. They will then have access to everything that you have granted them permission to see. It is that easy!
Need to fire someone? Remember that page you went to to hire them? Simply go to that same page and change their job position to “inactive” and they will no longer have access to your business details. Yes we keep all of their information in case you want to rehire them again the next day.
Your secretary, or any other employee that you grant permissions to, can schedule estimates with clients over the phone. Those estimate details are immediately accessible to those users responsible for doing the estimates.
Our software has built in equations that are customized for each industry that allow the estimator to only have to enter in measurements of the job (i.e length and width) and totals are automatically calculated based on your pricing structure.
When the estimator is done taking measurements, a contract is automatically generated on the spot, and the customer can read, and sign it from their phone. Once signed, the estimate is automatically converted to a job and you can assign employees to it right away (those employees would then have access to view/edit the job info based on the permissions you gave them). If the customer needs more time before signing, the estimate remains in estimates within Streamline for your sales team to be able to follow up with.
You as the owner structure a contract template, and set the pricing when you first start using the software. From this information, the contracts are automatically generated from the information that gets entered in an estimate. The contract is then readable and signable by the client from any mobile or computer device.
Once the customer signs the estimate, the details of the job automatically get converted into a job. A user with the proper permissions can then assign employees to that job and a start date.
Absolutely not! Remember what we said above under “Benefits?” Each crew needs to be able to run itself based on parameters that you set. So, let’s say that one of your crews is doing such a good job that your client wants additional work done by them. Your crew leader can pull out his/her phone, make the requested changes (contract automatically generated again), get the customer’s signature, and everyone on the job is now updated immediately regarding the changes…
All employees clock in and out through Streamline, and their hours are associated with the job that they are currently on so that you know how much each job is costing you in labor. At the end of the pay period, you would use streamline to view hours worked and how much each employee has made.
All data is stored in the system so you can search previous jobs, estimates, etc. with ease.
We have a fantastic system in place that allows users to upload images and message details of the job for documentation purposes.
